The wild ranges south-east of Taupō are home to untamed mānuka bush. This is where we source our honey. Hand harvested and family owned, our honey is pure, delicious mānuka. We helicopter our hives down into pristine, isolated bush that is free of pesticides, GMOs and urban pollutants
